Dr. Carter is determined to impact the community in which Day-Spring sits. He is a visionary and sees a number of ministries growing from within the larger ministry of Day-Spring. He is currently working on childcare and educational programs for the youth. These programs are designed to aid the parents and the youth. There are also plans in the works for miniserial training, housing for homeless veterans, and a drug-free coalition.

As these programs are worked on we will keep you apprised of accomplishments. This will not be easy and we thank you in advance for any aid you are able to render.

Day-Spring is building a drug-free coalition. We have determined one of the best ways to reach he people is to go to them. As things progress, we will update this site.

Today, Dr. Carter formally created Day-Spring Christian Church Drug-Free Coalition. Many thanks to all joining us in this outreach.

We have lost our meeting place on Laurence Dr. The building has been sold making this Sunday, July 4th, the last time we will be having service in this building. Day-Spring will not be closing its doors and I am actively looking for another place to hold services and to do ministry.

​

We look forward to you worshipping with us and will be delighted to learn of any properties or places we can worship until we are able to secure another building.

This past year has proven to be quite challenging. We have yet to find another building. Dr. Carter, however, will not be deterred. He is still seeking a place to worship and minister while building relationships with other pastours. If you can help, please do so. Dr. Carter is preparing the fields for rain.

After much searching, it looks like Day-Spring will be relaunching very soon. Works are in place for the use of 3535 Houston Street in Beaumont.

Dr. Carter will be giving more information very soon. Please keep checking as Day-Spring is determined to return to the old landmarks of the Gospel.
